additionally u can remove the bloood ( the black and dried ) with bleach and a mop or something like that( outdoors) which will boost your fps even more but its very tidious to do that.
i hope the devs will handle this problem sooon the outdoor blood should wash away from rain in my opinion
Hope it gets fixed soon tho.
Each zombie has unique diffuse (color), and those are represented by bitmap images stored on your hard drive, which are then loaded into your RAM, and VRAM. :) Each one takes memory, and once it gets closer to the limit then that means slower rendering. This game is written on old technology which doesn't help, either.
Despite what you would think; triangles are not the issue. It's the bitmaps.
When you are playing on higher texture resolution the problem is multiplied.
For instance, a 2048x2048 resolution image vs a 4096x4096 resolution image can take up to 52 times more memory. LOL
I'm a professional 3d modeler.
*edit* yeah I see where I made a mistake explaining. Fixed.
I made a mistake. I fixed it. You're right.
For reals though, I like how you broke it down.
🏆
Thanks for spotting that. :)
