Fallas lake "Silent alarm" issue

Im having a strange issue with if i use Pillows random spawns and start in Fallas Lake. It started with me noticing unusual zomboid movement, all migrating and doing the "i hear something" animation. So i used debug to go invisible and theyre swarming the tool store across town, as if the alarm got triggered. Now i do have where zombies can trigger alarams, but its not making the actual alarm sound. but if i should you a video of it with no context,. youd assume it was an alarm triggered and i just forgot to upload the noise. it started randomly, ive had the same mods forever. but its almost every start and 99 percent of the time its the tool sotre but once i had it be the burger shop. It literally pulls the whole town to it. ill try to get some photos. can anyone help me with things to try? it sucks to start a new run and all the zombies are already breaking in trying to path to this silent alarm across town.
