Does this item work right now? I see no effect when I equip it as primary or secondary

Nope, or at least yet/not when I've tested it. A the moment it seems to be just for breaking down like the remotes used to be

If you find a harmonica when equipped it increases the shout command by x1.5, whistles do x2 which is basically the entire screen.

The whistle works, equip it and press Q

It's only for skill grinding at the moment. Only whistles and harmonicas work with Q at the moment.
