Do Caffeine Pills Keep You Awake?
Or are they only useful for fatigue.

If they do keep you awake, do I have to take them at regular intervals or can I slam a whole bottle of them and be up for 40 hours.

Check what the bottle or the pill stays.
If it is reduces tiredness by X number per pill, then yeah one by one or whole pill box should solve it.
If something else. Backup save and experiment.
Do colas and such have caffeine?
I always carry a full bottle of caffeine pills. Really useful to take one or two when that first level of Fatigue hits during committing war crimes.

Another thing I always do is I have three mugs of tea in my car's glove box. If I remember right, they're like -10 Fatigue per mug. Super useful if I have to sleep in my car in between committing war crimes.

Caffeine pills reduce tiredness by 4, sometimes I use 2 pills just to get rid of lvl 1 exhaustion.

Also, "Coca cola" doesn't help with tiredness, game is pretty real but not that far deep... until it is and you get cancer... but that's for later builds.
In my experience, and i may be wrong (prolly am), there seems to be diminishing returns on caffeine pills and drinks like tea and coffee. You can chug as many as you want, they won't do anything after a certain amount or threshold or something.
Just can't do a 24 hour, caffeine fueled rampage of warcrimes..

Incorrect. You get the exact same reduction every time you consume a caffeine pill or coffee or tea. You can verify this by using a Status Bar mod that shows your stats in numerical values. I've many, many times skipped sleep by drinking 7-8 mugs of tea. Fatigue back down to 0, and no ill effects.
Not realistic at all, ofc - but really handy. :)

I kinda had this feeling as well, but it's just a feeling. You can live off sniffing caffeine and tea forever until they introduce brain explode update.

Boo devs! Its like the dev's never seen a brain before. My brain exploded, and before I could find all the pieces to put it back in, my game crashed and all the parts got deleted. I have no mods that affect brain parts. plaez fix. I have no brain.
The problem as with other skills is leveling up the Brain Explode skill from 0 to 1.
