Пишет подобную ошибку когда захожу на сервер. Имя и пароль указываю верно. Прошу помощи

Can you share a screenshot of the error? This usually means what you said, the password or username are incorrect. I recommend contacting an admin with recovering the password.

Have you logged into this server before? And if such, I would likely recommend contacting the admin to help with recovering the username. As far as I know this means that either you are not on the whitelist or the password is incorrect.
