Report a translation problem
The plastic lawn chairs cannot be disassembled: they can only be destroyed with the sledgehammer tool or by picking them up and deleting them from a trash receptacle.
At some point, the plastic tables will probably be changed to produce metal bars/pipes, but for now they give the same drops as basically any other two-tile table, which makes me suspect that the developers just assigned the same disassembly outputs to a bunch of similar items in order to make sure that more items gave something when disassembled.
Are you using the furniture tools on the upper left corner of the screen? It should be just above the map, and has a pick up, place, rotate and disassemble mode.
