How to get the perfect settings for mass guns and ammo

I have tried around 7 runs of trying to tweak the Arsenal and vanilla settings to have plenty of guns and ammo in each place where it will spawn. This has gone with almost 5 percent success for one of my runs and I am almost agitated at this point. So does anyone know the perfect setting to get plenty of guns and ammo from each place it spawns? Or am I just stuck with either getting guns with no ammo or ammo with no guns? Cuz I am hella confused on why nothing is workin.

As far i know there's not setting for gun/ammo. But there's a ♥♥♥♥ ton of mods, including an mod literally named "more ammo"

In Sandbox Settings you can turn guns and ammo up. On common for guns, and abundant for ammo seems to be the sweet spot for having a realistic amount of guns and ammo. My buddy and I did a 300+ hr playthrough and we had more guns and ammo than we could realistically ever use. After clearing out most of the towns we had a massive stockpile for taking on all of Lousiville.
