Here is a little trick to save picking them up:
open your inventory, and right click on your saw. choose saw logs and BAM they saw and plop into your inventory and not on the ground. (when you get to max encumbrance and can carry no more planks, the rest will plop on the ground.)
LOL
I really want to eat, but just can't take the time to move my jaw up and down. Chew my food for me.
Might sound funny but there are a few recipes that most folks do not really find that self explanatory. Also it is a good way to check what is new in the game:)
There is so many lighter all over the place even with extremely rare drop.
Yeah i did.
In my current run i have found during my first two or so weeks...1 box of matches and it had only 2 uses(so 2 matches i think?). Since my guy is a smoker i used it to smoke.
I also did not find a lot of those food you can eat for longer times, that you can eat in portions (like mac and cheese or cereals) but i found a number of canned food. So since i always carry a frying pan with me, a few newspapers/magazines. I usually got some planks(disassamble, or cut down tree and saw) made a campfire over grovel and made the stir fry over it. Saved food, i did not need matches, and i cooked still cook. (You apparantly cannot light the gas BBQ-s and the normal BBQ-s via this way only campfire. So no smoking neither:( cant use a sturdy stick to make it into a makeshift lighter for your smoke.)
Even though i have now about 12 lighters and 15 matches, i still use the notched plank and the sturdy stick to make a fire.
Oh? Nice, i will have to get one then. Allthough i just got my antique oven which i need to install:)
