Add information to moodles

I keep getting anxious but don't know which of my traits is causing it. It would be great to know if my guy is nervous because he's covered in blood or he just needs a ♥♥♥♥ (using the defecation mod).

its kind of the point of moodles that they dont exactly tell you why thats the case, the moodles just show you what your character feels, and your feeling do not have a voice in your head actually telling you exacty why you feel that and that way.

also if you have smoker trait and you dont smoke that makes you nervous, if you are full of blood with that other perk that has panic at blood you get panic, i never take that one so idk but the side i linked you on my first post also has traits listed and there its written.

It's generally not that difficult to figure out what's causing a moodle, unless of course you're playing with weird mods.

What are your traits? If no hemophobic or smoker then he just needed to ♥♥♥♥.
