My char keep getting sick and die
Its not Knox infection and i'm not dirty. Yes, it happens always after I kill 100~300 zeds.

Don't know what to do. Maybe one of my traits?

usually when you kill large amounts of zombies, you want to leave the area fairly quickly or the rotting, disgusting air essentially kills your character.

Make sure you are not eating spoiled food or poison stuff like shrooms and berries.

Yeah probably mods, Great beat me to the punch. I do find it interesting you say you aren't dirty. As far as I know being dirty doesn't have anything to do with illness, aside from a slightly longer healing time if a wound gets diseased. I deliberately said diseased rather than infected so as to not confuse it with "that" infection, which can be something of a stumbling block. Anyway. Could also be corpse sickness if you happen to stand around amongst the hundreds of zombies you've killed. Or generator fumes if you're sleeping indoors maybe.

Corpse sickness is a thing. If the zombie corpses around you have flies then you will get sick being around them for too long.

Could also be mods or other stuff.

Try adding the "Working masks" mod and wearing one. If it is corpse sickness causing it, that should help. if not, it crosses off corpse sickness as a cause

There are at least three mods that can cause this.
Depends how fast your character dies it can be narrowed down.
(Also if you have smoker trait and mods that affect traits that is the reason)
could it be using a generator indoors?
1. Corpse rotting;
2. Wet and cold;
3. Corrupted / outdated / wrongly setuped mod (most possible choice);
4. Drink raw water / eat spoiled / raw food or poisones shrooms / berries;
5. Community favorite - bleach;
6. As few times sayd before - indoor generator;

There are currently three most common Random Deaths:)
- One is the one you describe and caused by the ANY altering mods + smoker. (for instance more traits, dynamic traits etc.)
- Second is Moar Cans mods, where folks do not pay attention with what they open a can with, and thus their bloodied knife opening the can poisons them or something.
- Third one is the More Traits mod or something, that can randomly cause the character to die being one shotted by a zombie. This though seems to have identified triggers, just most folks do not read the description/discussions of the mod.

My guess is Smoker + More traits.

Thanks guys! You helped a lot!

I'm starting to suspect food poisoning because the Antibodies Mod shows an increasing level of food sickness.

These things I'm doing since i'm always loosing weight:

1) Eat too much ketchup
2) Drink A LOT
3) Sometimes I just eat too much

Maybe one of them? Or it can't be related?

Sleep is the only that is preventing me to die.

You did not reply to the most relevant question do you have smoker trait?

I don't have any of these. I'm using the same mods than ever, but now I'm using a lot of traits. But completely vanilla.

Sadly it does not matter if you use vanilla traits or not. If you have any mod adding/altering/removing mods you can experience the issue they cause, without using one of their new traits.
(My guess is what you meant to say is you are using traits that are in the vanila game even though your game is modded. If so, once you mod your game, there is nothing vanila about your game anymore.)
