Could also be mods or other stuff.
Depends how fast your character dies it can be narrowed down.
(Also if you have smoker trait and mods that affect traits that is the reason)
2. Wet and cold;
3. Corrupted / outdated / wrongly setuped mod (most possible choice);
4. Drink raw water / eat spoiled / raw food or poisones shrooms / berries;
5. Community favorite - bleach;
6. As few times sayd before - indoor generator;
- One is the one you describe and caused by the ANY altering mods + smoker. (for instance more traits, dynamic traits etc.)
- Second is Moar Cans mods, where folks do not pay attention with what they open a can with, and thus their bloodied knife opening the can poisons them or something.
- Third one is the More Traits mod or something, that can randomly cause the character to die being one shotted by a zombie. This though seems to have identified triggers, just most folks do not read the description/discussions of the mod.
My guess is Smoker + More traits.
I'm starting to suspect food poisoning because the Antibodies Mod shows an increasing level of food sickness.

These things I'm doing since i'm always loosing weight:
1) Eat too much ketchup
2) Drink A LOT
3) Sometimes I just eat too much
Maybe one of them? Or it can't be related?
Sleep is the only that is preventing me to die.
You did not reply to the most relevant question do you have smoker trait?
Sadly it does not matter if you use vanilla traits or not. If you have any mod adding/altering/removing mods you can experience the issue they cause, without using one of their new traits.
(My guess is what you meant to say is you are using traits that are in the vanila game even though your game is modded. If so, once you mod your game, there is nothing vanila about your game anymore.)
