Home is where the heart is.
i like mixing log walls with framed walls and sometimes right into a prebuilt. churches mostly.
Log walls do actually have more hp than regular wood walls. So if you're in an area that has repeated horde migration, you may want to consider log walls in areas where they constantly attack, especially if that area is around a fishing spot.
And that is why we live so many in my home. All those zombie hearts we took as a memento:) (jk:P)
I like the aesthetic
Really Stairs are too high.
because by the time i get level 6, and get on the roof my flooring will be perfect so the roof won't look rickety and broken down.
I reckon Log should be on par with Metal.
with one major differnence
that if a Metal Wall or crafted Object Breaks it should give back 100% of the metal. And only in rare instances yield damaged metal.
While log would always break unusable.
I mean its more expensive. Its harder work than Regular walls.
The rags depend on location. my location not many rags not many zombies i had to make treks to get the rags to the quantity i needed to build it all.
Still i got all interior floor and still have 66 nails
Which mean maybe i can scrape by.
would be cool if you could make more out of logs.
Log chair, Log table, Log bed, Log Window, Log Door frame. Log Stairs Log Roof lol

I'm still dubious about the amount of HP you get between going straight to level 3 wall or upgrading it from level 1. Let's just assume the amount of HP listed in the wiki is the final result you get regardless.
A level 3 wooden wall only costs a third of a log wall, 2 planks for the frame and 2 planks for the wall. And, even with Handy, level 3 wooden wall is only 15% weaker than a log wall. So at the same cost (barring the nails and ripped sheets requirement), you can have 3 layers of wooden walls that sum up to 2.5x the power of a single log wall. It looks goofy af, but it gives more protection.
Just kidding, I know it's cheese.
If you're going for HP, build windows and metal sheet barricade both sides.
Even on this server, before this run i was considering
because its easy to do so ->
i tried even on insane single player with Asthma and 0 Fitness but found it difficult
That is to ->
Lock down the Westpoint Hotel with the safe bit being Behind the counter, because of the one tile entrance and the long furniture in the foyer as you might say.
The long furniture Blocks the Windows.
hold i' cant get to the explanation

basically across the street very short trip to grab a Cubicle. either West to Big building with Water Coolers, or North directly to the Cubicles next to Sea Horse Coffee.
The intention there is to lock down behind the counter sure it is death on 16 insane i know that. but i'd do it anyway purely for the trapped screenshot. But on a multiplayer i wanted Stairs behind that counter plumbed bathroom and live behind the counter,
alternatively i look as starting as a carpenter on 16 with no fitness and asthma, and lock myself behind that counter. and then when facing the problem see if there is a way out
