Subscribed to a couple mods and they are not showing up in game

I subscribed to standardized vehicle upgrades 2 and every texture optimized but neither are showing up in the mods tab in game. I've restarted the game, steam and even my pc but it's still not showing up. I've unsubbed and resubbed the mods, can anyone help me?

If you want to add mods to an existing save file, you need to enable them for that specific save.

Go to Load menu, click on More button, and add the mods.

yeah I've tried that but they still aren't showing up. I even tried creating a new game and the new mods I subscribed to are still not there

Check if Steam downloaded them, and verify the integrity of the game's files.

Did you also get the other required mods? The vehicle one requires "Tsars common library" for example.

Go to your game library on Steam client, right click on PZ, select properties. You'll find an option to verify file integrity in one of the menus. I can't remember which.
