can you actually lose restless sleeper and sleepyhead?

in my playtrough i got every negative trait and no positive traits at all, and i struggling from 2 traits: restless sleeper and sleepyhead and i'm currious if you can get rid of them.

traits are static except for the weight and strength/fitness traits

Not in vanilla. There aremods that may do the job though.

There're mods that make a lot more traits dynamic.
You'll need one of those to loose restless sleeper and sleepyhead.
ETW does this for example.

Nah you're kinda screwed in that department. You could abuse spears high crit rate to still do alright in combat even when drowsy, but other than than that you're gonna be sleepy for the rest of time.

i started a character with nothing but the worst negative traits. dude didn't last long
i assume you did it for the luls also? I tried sleepy head on a serious character once and realized it was one of the worst mistakes. Not only does make you sleep more, you also get tired faster than other characters.

well i did, but not for funi. my character survived for whole month and i even killed 400? zombies near the prison area in rosewood by only using fireaxes, so i killed total of 1,1k zombies.
