So a while back took a break from Pz and when i wanted to play again a tab will open and a black screen! Please help been strugglin' for weeks just wanted to enjoy dying over and over again!
Don't let my 20 Bucks go to waste ;(
Edit: Added link of my screenshots
So i have uninstalled multiple times and redownloaded and as you can tell it didn't work.
i have deleted anything that resembles a save file solo and online multiplayer.
I tried running 32 instead of 64
Tried tricking game by renaming 64 and naming 32bit to 64
Tried editing startup from a post i saw from along time ago cmd (-novip)
Yo how do you post screenshots in discussions?
Tried making a file called hlp pls
Tried not to punch laptop
Tried not to cry
Tried not to think "Am I too far gone?", "is there still hope..?"

Please send this to anyone who can help or the techies in the community

Yeah i'm having a hardtime trying to rollback the driver. I don't remember which versions tho.
I suspect it has something to do with AMD Software Adrenaline Edition.
But dang if this does not work i guess i gotta pray that the 42 update will fix things.

are you loading a save with debug mode on? if you are, and have an error with any mods or anything it could prevent u from loading in. Try turning debug off if its on

Deleted all mods no saves anymore

I would generally suggest keeping your drivers up to date from the manufacturers website (Intel, Nvidia, AMD), then keep your Windows up to date as well, since some bugs can come from outdated Windows installs.

Lastly, a good test for this specific issue would be disabling all background programs that you have and just keeping Steam running, then starting the game. This is to check if any of the other apps conflict with it.
Brother trying to update got me into this mess anyway

This happened to me before, even on a vanilla game. If what Im thinking is the same thing... When you go to load the game the screen just stays black. What fixed it for me was literally just waiting long enough for it to load. I think I left mine to run for 20 - 30 minutes? And eventually it loaded. Was a while ago, only happened that one time

adrenaline version 23.7.2(yes it is literally a year old version:D)

If you need any versions where it runs on amd just say so i can give the ones i use.

Always stay 2-3 updates behind with drivers if possible. I learned it the hard way too don't worry:) Is why i suggested it.
