Fitness & Strength Training
I find it very long to level up. Using all basic fitness for 1 month 2 time by day (10mn), and I have I found a dumbell I used also with others 2 time by day and leveling is super slow.

For fitness I'm at 3874 / 3000 and for strengh I'm at 6418 / 30000... Just to for 1 level. In reality after one month a all these training by day, I normally start seeing few results.

What do you recommand? Just using one or two training and add more training time or use all with just 10mn?

For strength, use the farming method, shown at the beginning of this video by Ambiguous Amphibian:

Don't just do 10 minute exercises. As you perform an exercise more regularly, do them in 20-30 minute bursts.

Like I'll do 30 min squats, 20 sit ups, 10 pushups (in that order). It's not insanely fast to level up, but definitely more efficient than 20 minutes of exercise a day.

Finally I tested to the max, with a single train, using dumbbell and biceps curl. I train 1 hour all time until exhaustion, Then I rest, then I train 1 hours, rest, train, sleep, eat, drink, and do the same the next day. I doing that for around 10 days.

I want to be hulk, now I'm at 11728 / 30000... I gain around 6000 points in 10 days with permanent training... The negative is the exhaustion, it allways has the same duration.

No seriously, it's a massive train farming for a strenght point. Going just from 5 to 6/10.

I recommand to do that in summer if you want to farm the strenght. I'm in winter and because we cannot stay in interior, the char get bored, and out he get cold... Farming like that is absolutely not rp , but getting bored because you are in your base (or any interior) is neither rp.

If you train fitness and strenght with just one burst of 10/20mn by day, be ready to take 2 years to gain a single point.

I think if you want a strenght point, you have to practice all day 7/7 24/24 for around 3 or 4 month.

Milo, you can edit your comments. Stop making six posts in an hour

What the difference?

There isn't one, really. My guess is Zombie Hugger is being spammed with notifications.

Instead of telling Milo what to do, perhaps you ought to unsubscribe from the thread Zombie Hugger. After all, you can't control others. You can only control yourself.

Well i only do fitness when its too dark outside to do anything and its not late enough to go to sleep.

It may be slow, but it still levels faster then before they added fitness.

So you're now telling Zombie Hugger what to do? Strange.

It is not 'controlling others', it is called teaching others proper etiquette.

Seeing as Milo created the thread, I think that was long as each post is relevant to the conversation, he can make as many posts as he'd like?

I didn't tell that bloke what to do, either. I merely suggested something rather than commanding someone to stop what they were doing. It's a shame that blocking you months ago has had virtually no effect, seeing as your posts still appear to me.

Edit: To add something relevant to the conversation, I've been waiting on people to experiment with the fitness system so I can learn some things from them. I figure that with my current strategy of building characters with the strength/fitness levels I desire, I have no personal need to monkey with the fitness system until things are in a more finalized state.
