Buses and lorrys have the largest interior spaces available but you can still cram the essentials into the back of a van or ambulance.
The tooltip says, can be installed in some vehicles and trailers. Maybe I'll go grab a random RV mod to test it on. Its rough with no user guide, but in the words of Ray from Trailer Park Boys, "way she goes bud"
Right, the MH Mk2 monster RV has a great 2-floor interior cell you can totally decorate and place a bed, oven, all the normal things. Go crazy decorating your minimalist fort. Pretty fun for a nomad wanting to channel Minion from Twisted Metal Black. But still, the portable versions cannot be placed, they are vehicle specific. Its weird. Maybe I am not finding compatible vehicles (I also do not use tug-trailers). I feel like the W900 at least would be, due to the sleeper cabs using this feature
