Steam's (Multiplayer) Issue (24.08.2024)

To clarify and in case you missed it:

Do not worry about your Project Zomboid servers and whatsoever.

It is not the game's fault.

There is currently a Steam connectivity issue.

That issue is global.

That also means Project Zomboid is not the only game affected.

If you connect via IP, you will notice that there are no problems at all. It is just a Steam issue.

Server has stopped during launch (Normal termination)

i was just play with my friend its look all normal until we have done for play and tried for play again after 1 hour and i cant host server what should i do?

I have a host server too and it refuse to start again, I think its on the side of steam because I dont think we use the same hosting and we both have issue with steam connection in the error log.

What we did:
1. I restarted PC.
2. Restarted server
The problem started today after steam downtime ended

have the same issue, I managed to connect to that server an hour ago but not now, if I try to connect from the friend list it just won't work, got this error Something went wrong while displaying this content. Refresh

I was playing with my friend. The other one tried to connect but couldnt.
So we restarted the server and after that noone can enter the server except the owner

I see, they might be able to play because they joined well, BEFORE the servers stopped working
