You need a mod to tweak your car with armor. no such implementation in vanilla at the moment.

You can also browse KI5's mods. He has a massive collection of vehicle mods, a lot of them have the ability to craft armor plates and put on them. A lot of them are period accurate if that is something you are interested in. He even has a Delorean mod that can be fitted with armor.

I got 'Tsar's Common Library 2.0' but dont see option in wheel menu to vehickle modification ;c

You need all three of these mods together for the armour to work effectively. There’s a couple optional mods I’ve not added but you can find those for yourself later on.

They’ll appear anywhere on the map that you have not already explored. If you have any other vehicle mods, it may be prudent to remove them before adding the above. You can re-add them later one at a time to avoid any possible conlficts and amke sure you back up your save folder before doing anything.
