Not even sure what the question is.
Adrenaline junkie starts to take effect when you have strong or extreme panic -> huge malus to aiming. So why bother?

On a higher populations setting Adrenaline can be more persuasive. Its too expensive in my opinion though and is only rarely put into builds.
There is a trope to being a Agoraphobic though
in that not sure if its just the 1 in blunt. But the struggle to fight aint that bad even on high population settings. Agoraphobic. Was using an electric guitar maybe it was the 1 in blunt and the agora with coward. but the Guitar killed about 10 -12 zombies.

There are sometimes crazy reasons something is expensive.
The Adrenaline Junkie being one of the most expensive it is cheap enough to throw it in exchange for Deaf if you are like me and don't want your pets to hear the Game noises over and over :)

I'm asking if adrenaline increases move speed while aiming, because the wiki states it does so to "walking, running, sprinting" but unsure if it does while aiming.

Why not test it out? Make a character increase loot to the point where you are definetly going to find a firearm and there you go, you can see for yourself.
But i still fail to see the reason why you should try this build.
Even if it makes you walk faster while aiming, the malus to your accuracy will make it...not really worth it.

Aiming isn't restricted to a firearm, it's holding CTRL/Right click as a whole, that's what the nimble skill affects
