Immediate nasty cold
Ive had some issue with the nasty cold - it keeps reappearing and i never get well from it. Even when one character died and i created a new one.

it took only a day before the 2nd one got a nasty cold, continuously depressed with random scratches and bleeding appearing, sleeping or awake.

Ive tried using the cheat mod to heal the character and see if that fixes it, but it takes just a few seconds and then the character is sick with a nasty cold, even without going outside - and staying inside for more than 1 week with very good food etc wouldnt get rid of it either..?

There is a trait you can pick when you're starting your character that makes it so being wet or damp won't give negative status effects. This works both with rain and sweat. This could be your problem, as I noticed when I don't take this trait, I tend to get sick.

Outdoorsman, essentially eliminates colds being a thing. It's still like a 1% chance to get sick tho.

A bit more, since it is continues check i think.
I had actually managed to get cold and thus sick with character who had it. I had a terrible start and had to wonder for three days outdoors. (Only spent one night in a small house, but even there the temperature was very low.)
I did not manage to find a coat, or to make fire. So only had a hoodie as an extra clothing beside the starting ones. After three days my character developed cold.

For the original poster, the most important question is if he is using mods or not, as my suspicion is that it is tied to one of his mods.

Yeah i have outdoorsman, ive been inside for 3+ days (22C+) and i get sick immediatly.

I use a bunch of mods, is there any way to differentiate which one causes this problem?
Though the latest one i put in was the 300 traits mods.

Well there is not really a sure way to tell, you need to find the perpetrator yourself, with the usual mod "debugging". Turn them off and enable them in a manageable batch to see if the issue occurs. If not then you can mostly rule them out.
It can be also caused by a single mod, or because multiple mods cause it. Which means that it either goes away if you remove one of the mods, or not.

Generally though such issues occur because of trait modifying, or additional trait giving mods. So the most likely cause of the issue is your latest mod. However even if you unsub from it or remove it, depending how "deep" the mod is, it might not remove it completely.
Some mods also have some unexpected behaviour when one of the original traits is selected like smoker. (No clue why but with a lot of trait mods smoker trait makes the character die eventually without an explanation:D)
