Other than bein delicious. What do bleach do?
Can it clean my clothes as efficiently as it cleans my insides of impurities?

Bleach + mop/ripped sheet/towel/dish towel. I think broom works too.

If your friends are low on health, you can put bleach into soup and it will give a healing modifier to them.
