I need help with game
This is the error code that appears to me

Those specs are below the minimum game requirements, which seems to be the main issue. you will need to download and install the latest drivers for your specific graphics card from your manufacturers website (Intel)
Additionally make sure to lower any game settings to make it easier on the graphics card.

If that doesn’t fix your issue, I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
