Skill Multiplier Question

So both my fitness and strength are just past level 6, but my fitness has a multiplier of 11 and my strength has one of 4. I know this is because i started with a much lower fitness than strength so I was able to read more skill books as I trained it, even going back and reading obsolete skill books that i didn't read don't increase the multiplier. I just wanted to know if there is any way to get that missed multiplier or if there's just no way around it cause I could really use a higher multiplier for these later strength levels.

You using a mod to boost your fitness and strength xp via reading?

If so different levels and amount of the books read give different XP boosts. Beginner gives a boost of x3 while Expert gives a boost of 12

If they're the same and you've read all the necessary books all the way through but they're different there's probably a bug with the mod

Wow I actually forgot I was using a mod to add fitness and strength skill books and thought they were vanilla. Yeah it seems its bugged that you would only get the full multiplier by reading them while you still can, so by starting at strength 6 you miss out on getting the multipliers from the first 3 books forever.
