How to break sand bag road block

Hi! I'm playing with the Raven Creek DLC (so nice), and I want to break the blocade to escape from the city, but there is a tile with a sand bag road block (like a crate full of sand bags) that I cannot break or dissasemble. Any ideas? I can't get the car through the blocade because this tiles are in the middle of the road :(

You will need a sledgehammer, right click and choose destroy then select the tile you want to use it on.
