Booby Trapped House

Has anyone stumbled across a booby trapped house yet?

I looted a house that was marked up on an annotated map. When I arrived at the house there was a strange sound as i entered (identical to the noise maker sound). i thought nothing of it and continued to loot the kitchen but when i walked into the living room area a bomb went off causing 2 scratches to my arms and two burns to my legs.

I have been watching a ton of Youtube videos of peoples playthroughs but have yet to see this event. It was on a recent build (around 41.30) with no mods.

Yes, the first time it ended my longest run in the game. The second time I found the annotated note (different run, same house) I was more cautious and got out without getting burned. Interesting thing is the whole house was on fire but it was raining and the rain put the fires inside the house out without doing any damage.
