looking for backpack /tool belt / hotbar mod

is there a mod that allows me to put things like cigarettes, food etc to my hotbar?

Type "Hotbar" into the workshop search and see if there's one that works on servers

I have this mod and works perfectly on both 3rd party servers and steamcmd.

Authentic Z mod also has a backpack upgrade system that good but still limits some items from being attached to it like food and useless items. I like the other mod as you can put pretty much anything into.
