Pretty sure blacksmithing hasn't been added to the game yet, so this is probably from a mod.
Remove the mod that adds this feature and try again.
Just in case, try deleting the mod folder from Steam's workshop folder and from Zomboid folder.
You can use any file-sharing website of your choice or a temporary one like filetransfer.io for example.

I removed all the mods but the game keeps crashing and closing on its own.
Thanks, here you have the link with all the log files that I found in the folder:
https://filetransfer.io/data-package/6I78gQTM#link
I have similar problems with other steam games. Do you think the platform is failing?
If you keep crashing on other games as well, then most likely. Or that your PC just isn't adequate enough to run these games.
I'd try reinstalling the Steam client and clearing the old folder if I were you. Then do file integrity check on all problematic games. And if that still doesn't work, I'd try contacting Steam's support.
"Log LUA # Loading: [Itemname.lua]" is a successful action and no action needs to be taken
If it was a LUA based item error it would have been logged as 'Ignored'
You said this seems to be affecting other games on steam?
I really recommend looking into the Java side of this error because from what I can tell it seems to be preventing some important files from loading without the DLL files from Java
Can you check the Windows Reliability monitor for any ProjectZomboid application crashes there? If you do find any, can you share a screenshot of the Technical Details section so we can check the errors that show up there?

My PC is the latest generation and the problems I mention have arisen a couple of weeks ago.
Device name DESKTOP-0JO0OPF
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F 2.10 GHz Processor
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
Device ID B1CB57B6-4CE7-4F98-BCE5-FDB114CD4F55
Product ID 00330-80000-00000-AA930
System Type 64-bit operating system, x64 processor
Graphics: NVIDIA GFORCE RTX 3060 12GB
The funny thing is that it only happens with steam games. Battlenet, for example, has not given me any similar problems.
Of course, thanks
