but other than that i have no idea
I think they already made changes to adrenaline junkie. Not sure what the exploit could be.

username checks out
I got maximum coldness settings, which basically turns 75% of the year into Winter, but my char still sweats a lot. Ovens and other warmth sources sadly have no point yet.
That I've never been sick is probably due to the cheap trait indeed, but it's too easy to cloth yourself warm.
- Phobias halve gun damage (also decreases melee crit from ~25% to ~20%)
- Overweight ok, if you're experienced, you can outdo the negative effects by surviving for long enough. I can't pick overweight tho, because athletic seems better to me. The 200% endurance loss is pretty dangerous in battles, though. In most multi target battles I go exhausted without already, making me fight very badly, which was my last death cause.
- High thirst is worth it, I agree, it's a max weight malus practically. I need 2 bottles on 2x speed
- Smoker: I would never pick that, because it shares the same debuff icon with the first zombie infection sign, so I wouldn't know
- Slow reader in singleplayer: My settings make it about 150 times as hard to survive by food, so reading is a food investment to me (1 book = 5 meals = 3 houses food = 40 zombies, which again require food to kill and to loot the houses)
- Thin-skinned is basically a direct effect of % chance of death when hit, but yea, I chose it, because I have infection cures and also because I very much specialize on not getting hit
- I pick fast healing instead of slow healing now, because it affects the strength of the initial wound a lot and because when you have one wound, you get the next and the next etc, cause they heavily slow you down and cause death by fighting at 30% attack speed. weak stomach, I agree it's good to take (I do feed on rotten food regularly and it increases my chance to die thereby. reason for this is that I got minimum food drop rate and 2x hunger by 2x game speed)
- non stealth I agree if you don't mind fighting more zombies. Late game I usually call hundreds, so I prefer to have a higher noise radius.
Wouldn't mind 2-4 points to be taken away from unemployed, although if you really need the professions skills, they're slightly better.
Nothing has long blunt, so I picked unemployed.
But I guess I already liked the traits and professions the way they were, cause making things too much as expected or equal means there's nothing to find out about what's the best and just rewards laziness. Merely the 99% disease resistance trait is pretty OP, if you can even catch a disease at all that is. I'm very rarely cold at max coldness setting ^^
I've picked up every axe there is within Rosewood and March Ridge, which sums up to 56 -> 28 axes for 8000 zeds per town. Hum, might work with repeated repairs at high skills.
