A strange camp near Muldro
Hi guys!
Recently survived in solo. I needed an oven and I actively started looking for it on the PZ map. I came across a camp near Muldro. On the map, it did not cause me any strange feelings, the camp is like a camp. So what. what looks like an abandoned one, I will still leave the car on the road so as not to spoil the wheels! But when I got there, the lack of furniture and the presence of a lonely church and 7 graves began to strain me, and the rain and thunderstorm began as if for evil.
Going into the room where there was a lone chair, I heard the sound of a corpse, immediately became alert and slammed it.
"That's the first bell," I thought and went to loot the next house in which there was also nothing. There was nothing for two houses in a row, but then I came across a barn, apparently intended for pigs or other animals, but when I went there I saw another zombie there. (Correction, a naked zombie). There was a box with VHS tapes in the barn, I took something from there and went on. And then it's more interesting. I found a seemingly abandoned warehouse, but not a simple one, but with weapons. That's where the bell bellowed... The alarm went off, I wasn't worried about it, because I'm in the middle of the woods. Looking at the shelves, I found there a hell of a firearm, ammunition, cartridges and cold steel.
Everything would be fine, but when I created a new character (in a new world), the situation was identical! There are also weapons, an alarm system, 2 naked corpses and VHS cassettes. The most, in my opinion, is a strange place in PZ... All your stories about how the Knox virus destroyed the world cannot compare with this sinister place...

So, you could have just also marked it on the PZ map, so folks know what it is and perhaps enlighten you about it?:D Because finding something near muldrough is not really pinpointing it down.
Here? https://map.projectzomboid.com/#12462x8965x1578

Has a church and seven graves, fairly safe place too while still being near Dixie and Muldraugh.

So this is the old camp grounds. Is why i asked what the hell he ise talking about because i could not really vision what he is talking about. This is actually quite far from Muldraugh:) But yes it is a good place to find the antique stoves.

Might be they upgraded the loot, or marker the place to have some as in the past you were lucky if you even found something like a nail or a napkin in the boxes:)

I'm gonna guess he went south from here following the road and then found the warehouse and the empty warehouse? And the three containers?
If so, yes they are a good place to find weapons. Usually shotguns with ammo, all kinds.
If you have a sledge you can also open the crates in the containers and find even more ammo.
Also on very high zombie population this is one of the decent places to live.

The exact same church build is in Riverside.

Not sure why people think it's a Cult. Because of a graveyard next to a church in a forest?

rather, because there are completely empty houses in this place, and in these houses there are a couple of zombies and cassettes. The most creepy thing is exactly how far away this camp is, namely on a lonely highway in a deep forest, and the only way to this camp is a path that will grow in a month or a couple of months after survival.
I'm not sure that the developers intended this place that way, but that's how it now seems in my eyes.
The camp of sick occultists or maniacs.

In fact, most of all I am confused by the presence of a church with a mini cemetery, a cassette in a pigsty where there is a corpse next door without clothes. It's all quite stressful...

I mean, the map website calls it a campground, but if you look at them from another angle, they look more like a secluded small settlement. Could be a cult, could be just a group of Amish people, or just an abandoned really rural settlement.

It's similar to the ghost town to the west of the map. All of the houses look long abandoned, but one of them is still lived in.

In fact, it was necessary to write "Strange camp near Riverside", just if you look like that, then it's not a Muldraugh

I can't dispute this fact, but it looks more like some new buildings. But if you think about it, it looks more like the release of a new map

When I click on that link it just brings me to map.projectzomboid.com and not to those specific coordinates. Could an ad blocker stop that from working?

Adblocker shouldn't stop that, given I have an adblocker and it links straight to the coords.
