16x Zero to Hero Challenge
Can someone tell me what exactly consists in the preset for this challenge?

I'v got about a thousand hours or so in but usually always focused on playing MP servers with hard difficulty on I never really tried doing solo and heard about this popular challenge and finally decided to try my luck at it I tried researching what exactly you need for the settings but never could find any reliable information does anyone know what exactly I need specifically?

16x population (in zombie population settings set it to 4/4/4/1 for the first 4 settings for maximum zombies on day 1.

Zero to hero is no skills or stats starting out iirc, never tried it myself but I love 16x, for me it's either all sprinters on high pop or 16x for most runs.

When you say no skills are you not allowed anything like speed demon, fast healer, keen hearing, eagle eyed, cats eyes, dexterous, light eater, low thirst, organised, outdoorsman, thick skinned and wakeful because these are traits you can't learn or are you basically saying that you have to go in being unemployed with literally nothing?

with no traits. Yeah it can be done, but without Eagle Eye its too hard.

If u can only take base profession and some nerfs, it still can be done.

Honestly (I personally believe) playing pz with 16x pop unemployed with no traits starting in westpoint even, would be very easy to last 3+ months but that's just me.

The hardest part would be terrible fitness.

I have always done x16 without fitness or strength. Just the eagle. Its that actually bringing no traits makes it kinda boring. You will have sneak and lightfoot up high after the initial chase and when you settle down and do loot runs. But yeah since its a map thing, as long as you know where to go you know that you can survive even on crappy stats. Rosewood is the easiest because it is the closest town to a safe zone that contains a over months worth of loot. And a months worth of initial food guaranteed. With only a few zombies in teh way. And the walk is nothing to get there

So I get that having no traits would probably make it boring but doesn't bringing in eagle for example not make it a legitimate run if within the challenge you aren't allowed to use any traits? Sometimes I see streamers have non learnable traits such as low hunger when they do the challenge so wouldn't that mean the run doesn't exactly count or is there something i'm just reading wrong here

Hmmm I'll give zero to hero a real go when I get home, I'm thinking 6 months later zero to hero though so I can't cheese skills with the tv.

eagle eye basically has no effect on the game whatsoever which is why i think the guy you talk to is a bit of trolling with that one, the other stuff he wrote doesnt seem like trolling however

eagle eye does have effect, if you actually do a westpoint escape on x16 eagle eye is allowing you to see gaps in the crowds well ahead of time making the best possible choices in the moment. As all zombies are rendered in fast. I wouldn't know how to loot a town on 16 without it.
