hi, I really don't know the problem and how to fix it, i try some youtube tutorials but was unable to help, I don't know which part of the log is important so I will post all, I aprecciate.

what the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\hs_err_pid9924.log say?

Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -novoip > Start the game
If that does not help, can you try typing -nosound instead? This is to check if it is a sound related issue.
