Regardless of that, try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and delete the “steamapps” folder found there. Then launch the server again and let it initialize.

after that i tried using steamcmd, and i get the same error message. I tryed using 10GB RAM with my PC could run 16GB. I am really confused.
+ Try the same fix as mentioned above, delete the steamapps folder.
