[SOLVED] Is there a mod for removing Inventory Capacity Limit?
Is there really any mod that removes character inventory capacity limit which is 50kg? I hate it when i just gotta take a furniture and put it somewhere really fast but i miss it out because it has 20 kg of weight and I have 31 weight at the moment, missing it out with 1 kg... Or that my bag's weight with items passes my character's inventory capacity so i can't pick it up but actually it's gonna be reduced by at least 80 so it's not even going to weight halfway the bag's weight. I have to drop all my items, bags, weapons down to the floor just to move a bed, since this game doesn't have dragging feature. So, is there any? Because I couldn't see any.
If a new mod regarding this is going to be made if someone gets a spark of inspiration from this question, I have little suggestions on it...
You can make it so capacity is infinite, but so is the risk of injury... So if you get past 50kgs in carrying capacity, the encumbrance damage gets multiplied by amounts like x1.02, and to the 100kgs it acceleratingly goes x3 etc., so you have risk of being crushed and killed under heavy weight. But believe me it's gonna fix so many problems with carrying furniture.
I can kneel down and beg.

Jesus freaking christ guys thanks for assuming me with cheating and all and doing all irrelevant comments. I found a lot better solutions myself than you guys got to mock me and all. Here are two mods that fix this specific problem:

Cheat Menu has an option to turn off inventory limit and Customizable Containers mod exists, also you can equip heavy items to primary/secondary to reduce the weight.
"so you have risk of being crushed and killed under heavy weight." you wont die from carrying too much it just halves your health as long as you clear the zombies from A to B you should be fine

Yes, it called "go & find a car"...

If you don't know - you could put anything on seat of car regardless of it weight/size (of course don't try to occupy a driver seat :steamhappy:)

You don't need to have all chunks of bed in your inventory to place it - it's fine to have 1/2 chunk lying on floor nearby & 2/2 chunk being in your bag.

That was pretty quite opposite of what I've been searching for, unfortunately, guys.
I don't want to cheat and I don't want to exploit game's capacity mechanics like putting infinite items inside a bag in a car bed and etc... I have backpack with 50 capacity and around 85-95 weight reduction and I can't equip it unless I empty some items inside. It's just nonsense effort. I already do more than required to preserve storage. No need for cheats. I know all tips you give. Just this is needed imo

Are you tried to put a double bed in your backpack in real life? :steamhappy: Because you want to cheat here.

If all you want is to move it a few tiles - then you could do it in vanila by picking it & reinstalling instantly (via sidemenu). At worst you will need to move one of pieces.

Are we even talking on the same topic? I did not talk about being able to put bed into my backpack I said being able to carry a bed without having to remove a single pen in my trousers that makes a 0,1kg difference. Also what I'm talking about is weight reduction which is not cheat, apparently. It works when you have it on your back. But I can't equip it because for example if I have 20kg on my inventory normally, the bag has 30,01. These are the cutest example. You gotta see me abandoning all my axes, weapons, and stuff just to move a bed, then rearrange my items and all.
Oh, if you tell that having a bag with great reduction and capacity, well that is my playstyle and game is still tough, it's just that I'm obsessed with taking everything I can. I hope you don't tell me that I'm cheating by playing in my own way.

Really, I think it's just painless to add a system that removes the limit and replaces it with damage multiplier and injuries instead.
Just let me do my work, move a simple bed. I swear if I carry more than 80kg I will get my head crushed I promise, but do not make me rearrange my whole items and weapons and make me repeat it just to move an object a tile ahead. It just makes no sense and I don't get why it has to be the right way. Who sees a bag, happily carries it, fills with stuff and then is still able to carry it at ease, and then drop it but can't carry it because it's too heavy, then get the items out, and then carry the bag again, and get the items back in the bag just to feel no heaviness afterwards?

I'd love that kind of mod, too.
When I come back from a looting run and got multiple bags full of loot I sometimes cannot equip the extra bags on primary or secondary because there's not enough space the main inventory.
Even though it would be just fine if it's equipped.
Quite annoying.

Yes, because it that you will do in real life.

Of course if you are not wearing a Space Marine Power Armor :)

Usually players have important gear on their body & using bags for loot so it doesn't a big issue for them (drop full bag into car & pick empty one).

There is nothing wrong in cheating during a solo game as long as you're having fun.

How was that quite the opposite?
You asked for "Is there a mod for removing Inventory Capacity Limit?" and im saying use Cheat Menu mod to "remove" inventory capacity limit or Customizable containers mod to adjust it to your need?

I'm asking for a mod that besides removing the Player Inventory weight limit, that fairly mortalizes you with carrying heavy stuff.
You suggest me immortal solution like cheat menu. All I want is just putting my bag aside and doing my work and then wearing it back. Not drop half of the items inside my bag and drop every single thing on my body and then wear my bag and put the items back in my bag.
No, I don't want any storage capacity customizer either. Seemingly Customizable Containers has nothing to do with Player Inventory capacity, does it? I haven't seen in the images bro.

You missed the actual point where I said "Who sees a bag, happily carries it, fills with stuff and then is still able to carry it at ease, and then drop it and can't carry it back because it's too heavy, then get the items out, and then carry the bag again, and then then get the items back in the bag just to still be able to carry afterwards?" which summarizes the situation.

No no I get it, I of course expect to put my items aside. I already do that while carrying heavy stuff in my gameplay. But the thing is, not being able to carry a bag which you carried without any problem or weight, just after dropping it. Like, does it happen to you in real life? You hold a bread that is almost weightless, then you drop it but can't take it back because it's "too heavy" a.k.a exceeding your weight limit by 0,1kgs?
It's like, having a garbage bag on your hand, putting some items inside and you carry it fine, then you drop the bag, but you can't pick it up until you get the items out and then you pick it up and put the items back inside.

In other words, why can't I pick up something that I easily carry after dropping it?

Drag & Drop bag from your inventory to ground. Done!

Bro literally understand 0 out of 10.

Dude I already drop my bag.
A bag with 50+ capacity and weight, but has %95 weight reduction.
But MAGICALLY, you can't wear it back even though you have like 5 / 12 capacity of player Inventory. Why?
Because the weight reduction activates after you take the bag item, and then wear at your back.
But you can't take the bag item because of it's available weight which exceeds your Player Inventory limit without reduction.
But if you just take it and wear it successfully, it will be no heavier than 5kgs.
But you can't because of the inventory capacity limit.
Therefore you empty some of the items in the bag, take the bag and wear it just to take those items back in the bag.
When you have more weapons in your inventory, it's a whole mess and tiring and annoying and time-wasting process of item cycling mindfrickery.

If the limit was removed and it was replaced with a damage multiplier per weight system, it would make more sense as it'd allow you to be crushed under weight but also let you move a furniture a centimeter. No need for bag, item and weapon dropping and cycling between them.
Please let me know if there is something misunderstood because I tried to use every single word in the literature and outconsumed every single cell of my brain just to make you guys understand it.
It doesn't have to be 5+ comments. Stop.
