Critical Injuries force me to wake up
I was overloaded while reading, become Critical Injuries. But I noticed, before I died, and unload the carries.
So I went to bed for healing, but woke immediately because of Critical Injuries.
Tired enough to sleep, no pain, no panic, no nearby zomboids, not too hot or cold , just other than Critical Injuries force me to wake up. I tried sleeping pills or alcohol but they are not solution.
Does anyone else have same issues, or answer for this? I'm totaly at a loss.

You don't have a generator working indoors do you?

Oh and don't mix sleeping tablets and alcohol, you won't wake up ever again.

Critical injuries always prevented you from sleeping normally, unless your character was super tired.(Aka the last moodle for sleepy. But even then there was a chance your char woke up after that moodle was removed, like remove +2 hours or so.) Actually not critical injuries but the pain:P
In order to be able to sleep well, without being the sleepiest, you have to use pain killers. Sleeping pills and alcohol only work for a max of 2 ingame hours or so while being in intense pain, elsewise your character will wake up due to the pain.

So in order to be able to sleep you will need to numb the pain. Therefore instead of sleeping pills or alcohol take a pill or two of pain killers. One thing to keep in mind though the pills will affect your character about 10-20 minutes (in game time) after you took them so keep a close watch on how much pain they negate, and also do not overdose or drink alcohol when taking them.

No, I put my generator outside my house.
Anyway thank you warning me not to mix them!

So, even my character doesn't have any pain moodle, any actual health problem, but Critical Injuries moodle contains "pain", right?

I would need a screenshot to be sure if you do not have it or not.
However critical injuries mean that your character is in pain.(Most of the time, unless there are mods.)

Critical Injury does NOT always equal pain, but it is impressive to get that low without pain (carrying too much only damages you so far, you should be healing over time, etc)

I think you're making an assumption when you said "woke immediately because of Critical Injuries." You may have woken up for other reasons (like in game random sound events). When you wake up, you can not go back to sleep for a short while no matter what.

Likely if you slept before, you just need to wait for your character to get past the "just woke up" problem, and you can go to bed. If you still can't, then there is another problem NOT related to just being low on HP. Only the PAIN part of it stop you from sleeping.

Also, trying to sleep does tell you what's wrong. It'll give a quick message about the problem. If it says "you're in too much pain to sleep" and you don't have the pain moodle... than that might be a Mod causing an issue

He also can have the random nightmare.(If night events are enabled.)
Alltough it is also possible that there is a zombie somewhere hidden:)
(One time ages ago when my char lived in Rosewood in the hotel, my char kept waking up every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ night and it took him three times to fall asleep to finally get semi rested. I really did not have a clue what was happening so i moved my char to the other side of the hotel and slept there. He was able to sleep quite soundly. A few days or weeks later it turned out that there was one zombie stuck in a corner near and under my chars bed that i missed/did not notice. And it was only by chance i noticed it.)

If game doesn’t want you to sleep it out then get a full stomach instead and focus on healing up from critical to a decent level. Cup of tea. Hot meal, all the like completely nutritionalized.

I could try to sleep again and again for three, or four times then get "Try again later". Perhaps just of too much trying?

As I post my screenshot, it says "can't get back sleep, try again later", after I try to sleep and woke up for three times or so. I guess It indicates there's no pain problem.
So I have to search any hidden zomboids. If there's none of them, it must have MOD problem as you mentioned. That's a shame though this playthrough relatively went nice...

This sounds really steady way to get back the situation. If there's no fundamental reason why I couldn't sleep, I should keep fed and just wait, as you said.
How did you get that badly injured in the first place? Certainly not from encumbrance as that doesn't go below 75%. You do want to heal up as much as you can if you wish to sleep.

Maybe instead of the injury, it's an alarm issue? Even if IRL you can't hear the alarm, if there's one nearby, it'll wake your survivor up.
