Delete your saved files!

Just a public service announcement from your local neighborhood survivor. I just got around to deleting my old save files and backups and was surprised at how much disk space i gained. Almost 650 hours of play time, rarely deleting any file, and it amounted to almost 3 gb of disk space. Devs, if you are listening, please add a multi-select option in the load screen to delete more than one save at a time so folks like me dont have to browse through our computers to do it.

Or, like me who just kept clicking and deleting for ever. After that, I started playing hardcore mode: 1 run = 1 death = delete save

Just go into the save folder and delete them all from there.

thats what i ended up having to do, but i figured i could at least suggest an alternative

Like a Checkbox on each saved file bar and a Select All Checkbox at the top with an Input Button to delete files.

I've never had more than 3 saves or worlds at the same time, there Is no need to alarm people lol. I had old saves lasting enough time to be "converted" to a new update when loading them.

The most space one of my saves occupied was like 300-500 MB, heavy to move-copy-backup because of the amount of files, yeah, that's a thing. But you get to know, after traveling a lot, you shouldn't back up anymore ja.

You should better start making this "cleaning" process a healthy everyday routine, not only with pz saves lol.

yeah, i let it go way too long, and was just surprised at the size of it. im paying more attention now, like you say
