Exertion and tiredness
Exertion and tiredness set in way too quickly and it makes the game damn near impossible to play because every time I go out, 2 minutes later, im fatigued and can't walk

Exercise (pushups, situps, burpees etc) to level your fitness and strength up. You will have training ache at first until you get your regularity up.

Run (sprint) to level your sprinting up.

Just start with high Fitness, others are saying to raise it, which takes ages :p

Install the Minimal Display Bars mod, and watch your levels. If you go into any exhaustion, it lowers your damage and starts to make your Fatigue go up faster.

Basically manage your Endurance so you keep it above any Exertion Moodle appearing. Sit and read for a bit until you're back to full. If you're near an object you can Rest at, Rest then Sit on the ground, it will increase the speed you recover at.

vitamins help with tiredness. chunk a few bottles and you will be running around the whole night.

Look for coffee batches, and just EAT them, you'll stay awake for the day, but very sad as well.

Sounds like someone is always sprinting everywhere and having very low fitness. Maybe with sleepyhead to the side too?
