Admin command or Mod to mass remove dead zombies?

So I have been setting up a small private server for me and a few friends and in the process of testing stuff out, a large mass of zombies were killed in certain areas. Is there anyway to use a command or a mod that enables a command capable of removing dead zombies? I recall seeing a short video on YouTube where the admin removed dead bodies due to lag during a server event, so like I assume there is either a mod for said feature or I simply haven't noticed the command... either way, if anyone knows has some advice or knows a mod/command, please do share.

I had thought about that- could likely just lower it to a low setting, let a little time pass so the bodies despawn and then set it back to normal. Good idea, thanks!

I would find a variable you like, that gives you time to loot if need, but keep it short enough not pile up piles on top of piles. Then if you like that decompose rate, just leave it at that.

Also blood decals. They're pretty infamous to cause issues. Maybe reduce lifespan and/or amount of those.

its in the sandbox settings when you create new world. dont pick default or builder... its sandbox i believe it is called.

If you don't want to change the game settings and make it more 'authentic', there's a mod(that I believe is server compatible) that makes it easier to pile corpses to burn. I have it on a single player run and it's great.
