NV - Control not found
had a problem with my game a few days back. it would either not finish the load out, or crash during the first few minutes of playtime, all the while with 4 error notices above my head stating NV-Control Not Found

Just prior to this, i subscribed to the lightsaber mod to match the new found Obi Wan cloak i found. AND i installed the new geforce driver. (NVidia)

So i did the list of troubleshooting options, and finally the game was able to start running properly after i reinstalled the game (Not complete wipe, just the steam library option)
(i can even use the lightsaber mod, to boot)
However, i still have those pesky error notices above my head. Everything is running smoothly (aside from not being able to load a magazine into my sweet Arisaka Rifle)

Has anyone dealt with this?

I have the same issue. For me at least it seems to be triggered by the Arsenal(26) 2.0 release. If I switch back to legacy the NV-Control errors go away. At first I thought it was just me needing the nvg API but even after updating that, 2.0 still doesn't work. I might test another save with only Britas/Arsenal2.0/nvgapi and see if that works.

Found the problem was with an old mod_options.ini causing a conflict with Arsenal(26) 2.0. Delete the file, then resubbed to Britas/Arsenal and now there's no more NV-Control errors.
