How to level nimble?
Do I just have to be in combat stance and walking near zombies? This is the one skill im lacking on currently. I tried cheesing it a bit and walked in a corner of my house for a second but that wasnt leveling it at all.

While moving around, Hold left CTRL or Right Mouse button, to Perform Combat Stance. That is how you train nimble.

https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Skills#List_of_Skills

The Nimble skill affects how fast you move while in the Combat Stance."

Experience is gained by walking in Combat stance (Holding Left-Ctrl or Right-Click).

Being in combat stance at all levels up nimble, but doing it near zombies levels it up faster.

Standardized Nimble XP mod. makes nimble not take 10000 years to level.

Take Gymnast or somebody with Nimble.

You generally need nimble to get nimble, though not entirely true, you can always get nimble. but i believe up to 6000 kills with shotgun, natural growth can still have less than 1 nimble if you didn't take a nimble boost. Alot like maintenance. Possibly slightly slower.
So if you are going for nimble take a +1 on the nimble with 75% boost. Though nimble is somewhat useful if you never used a melee weapon then you'd barely have it and never need it, though for a thing like a long blunt nimble is easier to generate, though it is most useful with ranged. Its a funny thing.
Because nimble means you can back up and reload and maintain nimble stance and be fast enough to cover enough ground to never break from nimble. This is what you want it for, but if you bolt straight for that and do that to gain your nimble it will be relatively difficult to maintain nimble stance while mobile for long without an initial boost. And of course things like blunts dont have reload times that benefit from nimble. Though melee weapons are superior at farming it.

Yeah short of using a mod nimble simply won't level at any kind of decent rate. Just how it is.

I thought if you isolated yourself on a roof and put a car with sirens on downstairs you could level sneak and nimble crazy fast with a horde within close range

i saw a method on youtube, trick is simple you hold down ctrl + w and place your character in corner. it will take time, but its a good afk method.

You need to actually move now. It used to be able to level by walking into a corner, but now it's required to cross a full tile to gain XP in Nimble.

For me nimble is one of the most important skills so always get a point in it.

Fast learner, gymnast + police officer will level nimble extremely rapidly.
Without any xp bonus you will get stuck around lv4-5 as the required xp to train the skill is ridiculous and you gain less xp the higher you level up.
You only need lv4 to move faster than non sprinters in combat. This is basically god mode and you have won the game lol :emofdr:

Something many don't know is that that ability doesn't increase if the zombies are stationary. You have to be in a fighting position and move, while they also move. If you have a good value of fitness, you can push them away and move, maybe no more than 3 at a time (at the beginning). You can also go and get followed near the prison fences.

leveling up nimble while foraging in your early game is quite good i am usually lvl 4 within the first 20 days (not that it takes that long). Nimble is a pain to level up, always have +1 in nimble in your build.
