A Way to change the project zomboid mod folder to a different location?

Really trying to change the project zomboid folder because when you have stuff like 10 Years later installed, it's not fun to see your storage get full while the other still have literally a whole game's worth of storage?

Mods are always installed in the Steam workshop folder where the game is installed.
Move the game and it will move the mods as well.
