When the build 42

When the build 42 and i don't want to update it and i set the auto update disable. will i still able to play build 41 even i am not updated?

you can roll backupdates to 41 or back through propertys tab in the steam game settings

Build 42 has not yet had a release date stated, but it has been said recently it's still a long way off. It's possible you will be able to go back to build 41 once the next one releases, as some of the other builds were available after major updates by going to preferences then swapping to whichever you want.
