text too small to read

why is the text so small ? i am unable to read any text in the game when i tired to adjust the resolution the text became completely blurred and unreadable. my question is when you would make the default setting so so tiny ? the game is unplayable at this time cant read any instructions, tips or in game instructions.

My guess would be that it's your monitor. The game was started a decade ago and there weren't ultra high resolution monitors back then. They have tried to mitigate that somewhat now with different options for text in the menus but I've got a 4k and every thing is good for me. I'd play around with the settings if you haven't already that sounds like a unique problem.

Have had this problem for months, I got a few tips on changing computer settings, but it seemed more complicated then it was worth. Gave up

I also have 4K and I can't get it to work right. I wish I could just play at 1920x1080 in fullscreen but it always defaults to some weird resolution instead and makes it all blurry and stretched.

You can change it. Its somewhere in the menues. I had the same issue, but i but it from 1.0 to 2.0, now i can read anything perfectly.

yea but sometimes the text is so big it covers other text
