Congrats.

Once we can get ourselves beef and mutton chop from cows and sheeps, this should be even easier. A stew with all variations of meat product can get you to 110-120-ish value.

Very nice. JUST as a heads up. Be careful of those dishes. They will absolutely fill your character up with 1/4th eaten. That said it will also give you 1/4th the calories of that meal. Which means that you will only lose weight if you eat ONLY when you're hungry. However, with cooking that high it also means you can keep feeding your character and have the stuffed perk pretty much all day with no downside to your weight

I'm eating game+cabbage+potato stews all day and still losing weight, now only 66 (kg I guess).

I'm assuming you're catching rabbits? if not, use those cabbages in crate/box traps in a forest at night to catch rabbits, then just eat the rabbits. another option is to just go fishing. when you catch a big fish, just fillet it and cook and eat it on its own, or put it in a stir fry by itself. a lot of fish can have some pretty big calories.

Is not the hunger but the calories you get in your body. After the changes made to walking/running now you kinda need a lot more calories than before we used to do 1-2 good meal a day but now we need up 4 including meals prepared with oil or butter that add plenty of calories

I know. rabbits and fish tend to be quite high in calories, so if you keep losing weight rabbits and fish are an easy and sustainable way to gain it back. that's what I was saying in my original reply

Holy cow! That's a lot of spices! :)

Actually if i recall well you can add a Steak with +20 hunger removal into any dish. So...making food with 5 steaks in a stir fry will already net you 100 without any cooking skills;)

unfortunately it also makes you depressed... but to get around that, you can add other meats like pork and mutton as well, and all the spices you can find of course ;)

You can get 50 off a double bird meat and tomato paste stir fry. You can get 26 from a 4 part acorn roast. Its possible you could get 100 on a double bird meat, double acorn, double tomato.

Then the current calories system makes cooking an unnecessary chore. I eat rabbits-bird-cabbage-potato stews 3-4 times everyday, 40+ hunger-meters per meal, and still loosing weight. If only eat whole rabbit/fish can help then the cooking system needs some rework.

Cabbage nerfed. Cabbage has always been something you have to eat all day ever since my long farming run that needed to farm to survive. With experience now to me it seem like Tomato is the weight gainer now. Size of bird obviously matters. What you had been eating before you went on this diet also effect. It can be easier to maintain a gain than to establish a new gain from a starve situation. I have alcohols in supply so I don’t need cabbage so much of it. You should always grow more tomato than you need and prioritise seed hording. And it’s so good tomato in fact I would ensure that the sturdy stick is required for its sowing.

I'm still waiting for tomato growing. Just like the fine cooking feel, not very enjoy barbeque style. And gather all the cooking wares are pretty much a must achieved goal in all of my new games.

I let 2/3 of my plants go to seed and take the lower yield for the chance to grow more. I'll admit, tho, my garden plot is ridiculously large, so I still harvest more than I can eat. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2931660843
