just find a house with a fireplace built in. gg
or find one antique oven and use that.
You can set up your crop rotation so that you'll always have something to eat, thus you don't need to freeze things and wait for the next harvest. Heat can achieved by getting an antique oven. You can also use the oven to cook your meals.
Finding a basic set of warm clothes is enough for default temperature settings. It doesn't get cold enough indoors to kill you even without power.
You don't need to worry about food too much either. You can survive the winter entirely on foraged berries and the like until spring, though you will lose a lot of weight if you do so.
Stove exist can be moved.
House with well exist (rare) but exist somewhere can’t remember
Can survive off car heaters as well
But clothing does the job in most cases. Being indoors a fully indoor area does the job too
Never tried this, though, so take care if you try this.
