i cant remove certain carpentry objects

i just made a little shack thing and when i put some walls on the roof to act like a second story, i thought that looked dumb so i removed the walls. Except 2 walls that i cant remove for whatever reason, i have all the tools the correct carpentry lvl and i even removed all the other objects touching it so now its just some ugly stain floating in mid air.

Tried using a sledgehammer? Do you have a screenshot of those objects?

I run into similar issue, my guess is it's because you need to be on correct side of the wall to dismantle it. Sledgehammer did fix the issue for me.

You can replicate what happened to me easily: Build stairs and door frame / door right on top of the stairs, then it's impossible to disassemble the door and door frame, both can only be destroyed by sledge.

Yeah the issue ocurr with replacement of some windows second floor sometimes you can’t remove them without building a ledge outside

The exact issue is you can only build from the south or east direction.
Say you had a 2nd floor railing you want to dismantle from the north or west. You can't, so you'd either have to build aaaaall the way around it to get to the south or east side, OR destroy it with a sledge and not get any materials back; the sledgehammer is the easiest way.

Im still not sure why it happened but i fixed by just getting a cheat menu and deleting them and then removing the menu to keep my wants to give me all the OP items at bay. Oh and sledge didnt work btw it was the only way for me to remove them so
