Test them all against vanilla.
Even saying "mods, but..." check them out with the methods for finding broken mods.
1) start a new vanilla game and look at tv options. if that works, then it is likely a mod issue.
Case in point (and no hate to Filcher for this), In my current save I had narrowed down all the errors and played for a week with not a single new error popup. Then tonight I loaded in and every time I right clicked a door or window it threw an error. SoulFilcher's Building Time had updated and introduced a new error.
Long story short, If you're using the steam workshop for a game, Never assume your mod loadout is faultless. (Really, never assume anything is faultless- Examine every option as if it could be the problem.)
I checked them all and, if someone has had the same problem recently, the mod provoking the error was called "True Music - This War Of Mine OST's".
When this mod is disabled, everything works.
Thanks again.
I resolved this problem by disabling a mod i had called " True Music - This War Of Mine OST's ".
If you don't have this mod, another one is causing this problem. Try creating a new world, disable some of them until you find the one causing the error.
Hopes it helps
This worked for me on the deck as well. I had several mods but this one, I just had to fully disable. Still learning the game and haven't survived to snow anyways but turning it off worked perfectly for anyone else troubleshooting.
