Stomach only stays full for 30 seconds?

When ever my character eats and I get the icon that says "well fed" it will only last for about 30 seconds or so.
This doesn't seem right, when you eat a meal you should be reaping the benefits of that for at least a few hours of in-game time.

Is there a way to change this?

The well fed positive moodle is a somewhat deprecated effect; Your stomach is still full even after it fades and it will still be several hours before you get hungry again.

theres always mods but well fed just gives you extra XP. takes quite a while to actually get really hungry. you will also get fat and slow if you eat too much

Check your day length. If well-fed buff lasts only 30 seconds, my guess is that you are playing in a 30 minutes-day world.

Game time is faster than real time. Unless you have it set in real time.
