No but right now Clean Sterile Water is used to clean a rag or bandage. This takes from the bottle you drink out of or the tap that’s running fresh. Can’t happen on a rain barrel.
No need to clean a rag just toss it. But a bandage you might want to clean and resterilize for convenience.
