Panic/Anxiety/Depression
Could someone explain to me how these 3 things are linked? I was just confused as while clearing out the Rosewood prison my character keeps getting anxious and I do know that anxiety can somehow cause depression. I'm not sure what exactly causes the anxiety though? constant panic? jumpscares?

Panic removes Boredom. Is gained from viewing zombies, night terrors, or the Phobias. It reduces your ability to fight like reducing crits

Anxiety can slightly reduce damage but will also slowly raise unhappiness. You gain it from not smoking as a smoker, Getting an infection, or hearing zombies beat on structures around you. You can lose it from reading materials and smoking.

Depression is gained from Unhappiness and Boredom. It reduces the speed of all your actions by double if maxed. You gotta eat good meal or read books/Comic books to remove

Boredom is gained from eating stale food or being indoors for a long period of time. Is lost by eating foods with spices, Reading Materials, CDs/VHS/TV or Radio Broadcasts (minus the AEBS), and TOUCHING GRASS. All boredom does is if it gets high enough gives unhappiness.

It was definitely due to the beating on doors/windows then! Thanks for the answer.
