How do I know what my IP port number is?

if you are hosting on your own pc, then easy quick way is to open a browser and type in "What is my ip address"

IP address and port are two different things.
As said above you can see you public IP address on a "What is my ip address" website.
The port is determined by your PZ server settings

Look up "project zomboid ports" in your browser to find out which ports the game uses.
I think it is in the pz wiki and on various steam guides for this game. Also look in your server ini file.

If you have paid for zomboid hosting through a third party, I would ask the guys you paid.
